How to file a complaint?

You can make a complaint about the ordered products within 2 years from the date of receipt.

Complaint about the goods by sending it to the online store nudu.pl

Fill in Complaint form. Pack the products into a parcel and attach the complaint form and invoice or receipt. Send the parcel to the following address:

If you are returning products in our packaging, please remember to remove the old address label.

Important! Keep the proof of shipment until your complaint is resolved. This document confirms that you handed the package over to the carrier.

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt. We will notify you of the decision to review the complaint by e-mail.

Complaint about goods at NUDU Boutique Warsaw

You can also file a complaint at our boutique in Mokotów. Take the goods and the receipt or invoice with you - a printout or in electronic form (e.g. on your phone).

That's all, you don't have to fill anything out on our website. The complaint form will be filled out with you by the boutique staff.
