Pack the products into a parcel and attach the complaint form and invoice or receipt. Send the parcel to the following address:<\/p><p>NUDU Boutique Warsaw<br>ul. Dolna 14\/16\/18<br>00-774 Warsaw<br>tel. 576 586 888<\/p><p>If you are returning products in our packaging, please remember to remove the old address label.<\/p><p>Important! Keep the proof of shipment until your complaint is resolved. This document confirms that you handed the package over to the carrier.<\/p><p>The complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt. We will notify you of the decision to review the complaint by e-mail.<\/p><p><strong>Complaint about goods at NUDU Boutique Warsaw<\/strong><\/p><p>You can also file a complaint at our boutique in Mokot\u00f3w. Take the goods and the receipt or invoice with you - a printout or in electronic form (e.g. on your phone).<\/p><p>That&#039;s all, you don&#039;t have to fill anything out on our website.
