How to return goods?

After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to comfortably try on the ordered products at home and decide whether they meet your expectations if you made a purchase via the website www.nudu.pl

If you decide to return the goods, you can do so in the two ways described below.

Just in case, we remind you that the returned goods cannot show any signs of use and must be originally labeled.

Returning goods from the nudu.pl online store – available options

1. Shipment by courier or post at your own expense to the following address:

Remember to provide your order number. Pack the products in a box (preferably the original box in which you received the shipment) and attach the invoice or receipt. We do not accept cash on delivery.

2. Return stationary at NUDU Boutique Warsaw

Return of goods is possible at NUDU Boutique Warsaw at ul. Dolna 14/16/18.
Take the products you want to return - you do not need to take the original box in which we delivered the order. Give the boutique employee the returned products and the receipt or invoice. You can find the boutique's opening hours here here.

Within a few days after we accept your return, you will receive a refund for the products in the same way you paid for them (to your bank account or card).
